  • based on a prototype constructed by SIECO (Southern Iron & Equipment Co.) beginning in the 1960s serving into the 2000s
  • these purpose built cars feature a V-sloped deck and tall bulkheads at each end of the car to keep the load in place
  • used to haul pulpwood between pulp landings in the woods and paper mills
  • model fits the 214-7259 Chooch Pulpwood load (sold separately)
  • separately applied ladders
  • factory installed grab irons
  • heavy die-cast metal frame
  • ultra-smooth rolling metal axles and 36" wheelsets
  • Proto MAX™ metal knuckle couplers
